1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cup cow’s milk, rice milk, or almond milk (more for a thinner shake)
1 large ripe banana
1 large handful of ice
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree.
2. Serve with a tall straw.
Avocado shake is a favorite beverage for many Asian cultures. For a bit of a protein twist, add protein powder :)
